Get Connected
Building Relationships…

At Memorial Baptist Church, one of our core values is to place relationships over programs, with the goal of helping people grow in their faith and find ways to express their faith in connecting with our neighbors locally and globally.
These groups often reach beyond our church community, involving brothers and sisters from other congregations, as well as others who would not see themselves as part of a formal church.
…with God and each other

Multiple small groups and activities provide opportunities for spiritual growth and developing connections inside and outside of the church community. These groups have different durations and purposes, but usually incorporate learning, encouraging one another, serving the community, and a good dose of fun. One of our current small groups is exploring discipleship as a lifestyle of following Jesus. Others bring people together for encouragement, prayer and support.
As many groups come and go over time, one place to start would be to check the calendar page and look for upcoming events and group opportunities. The main page also lists events and opportunities throughout the coming month.
…with the Community and World
At Memorial Baptist Church, we believe that growing in faith is not separate from caring for our neighbors and world. God calls us together so that we can be encouraged and equipped to be sent out to be a blessing to the people around us. For us, this means not only ministering to others outside of the church, but helping others see themselves as loved children of God who have an invitation and a blessing to share.
We seek to help one another develop this aspect of discipleship by encouraging the use of one’s gifts in and out of the church, connecting people to volunteer opportunities and providing mission experiences that open our eyes and hearts to the world around us.
